Bali Cycling Tour – Heart of Bali
Road Bike Cycling Schedule 21th March to 26th March 2010 on Heart of Bali Program. Enjoy the beautiful island of Bali by cycling incredible. Along the beach, green mountains and enjoy the food of Indonesia. With a ride with the group creates a sense of friendship as we love nature.
Sunday 21st March – 8 am warm-up ride to Candidasa. About 70 km.
Monday 22 nd March – 8am ride Candidasa to Amed (East Bali). Two options : Challenging route with numerous climbs or flanking route over undulating terrain. Distance 40km. Check in Coral View or Hidden Paradise Hotel
Dinner Tues 23 th March – Amed to Lovina (North Bali) 110km some undulating terrain but mostly level.
Wednesday 24th Lovina to Bedugul (1355m to Ubud. 90km. Long climbs to Bedugul, equally long descend to Ubud. Scenic. Longest Day. Picnic lunch at Bedugul Lake.
Thurs 25th March – Optional ride to Penelokan on the crater rim of volcano Mt Batur 40km gradual but continuous climb and 40km descend.
Friday 26th Mar – Ubud to Uluwatu (spectacular cliff view) and on to finishing point at. About 60 km but be prepared for climbs in
Uluwatu area.
