Jatiluwih is one of the best tourist destinations in Bali located in Tabanan regency, west part of the island offering the beautiful scenery of rice terrace with fresh atmosphere surround it. It is equal to its named of Jatiluwih where it is derived from two words ‘Jati and Luwih’. Jati means real and Luwih means good or beautiful. The breathtaking panorama of rice terrace with mount Batukaru as backdrop is categorized as the most interesting scenery natures. It has been appointed as a fundamental of the local society life. The varieties of local rice planted in this area are rice planted in other areas in Bali. Jatiluwih is also well known as an area with the organic agriculture.Jatiluwih is one of the places of interest in the area of Penebel, Tabanan. Jatiluwih famous for its natural beauty with terraced rice fields which neatly. In this place also in the beautiful mountain scenery named Batukaru mountain, because the location of this Jatiluwih right at the foot of the Batukaru mountain.
Jatiluwih rice cultivation has an area of approximately 636 ha. And this Jatiluwih rice field located at an altitude of 700 meters above sea level. This area is a suitable place to visit for the one who missed the Mountain fresh air and the natural panorama as a place to soothe the mind, because of the beautiful place that is still natural with fresh water. Up in Jatiluwih we enjoy the beauty that is presented by enjoying coffee and donuts in one of the cafes. Coffee adds warmth in rainy weather like this, and do not forget to capture the moment.
